Hola Chicas! Go out and try Albolene Cleanser! According to the their website, Albolene is a "moisturizing cleanser liquefies on contact with skin to thoroughly dissolve makeup (particularly hard-to-remove waterproof mascara and lipstick), dirt and environmental grime." I apply the product with clean facial fingers, in upward strokes and remove with tissue. This product is great for hard to remove makeup and never over dries your skin. I recommend Albolene for dry to normal skin but not for the oily because it would make your skin more greasy.
Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Remover is my other favorite. It is gentle, fast acting, and great for makeup mistakes. It can be easily pour in a travel sized spray bottle. Just apply on a cotton pad and whisks eye makeup away.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, which was about $8 plus tax, skin care, and make up can be found at Target, Walmart, and local neighborhood drug stores. I bought a 12 oz jar of Albolene at Walgreens for $15 plus tax and it can be also found at online retailers.

Whatever every product you use, whether it be cleanser, moisturizer, remover, or makeup, be aware of they ingredients used, your skin type, and allergies. Although these product work for me, they might not appropriate for you. And ALWAYS be gentle around the eye area. Please don't get product in your eye or tug or pull because it causes premature aging!
